Image
Hi there. Thanks for stopping by. Welcome to our 'Good Life' Australasian 'Blog Hop'. If you've arrived here from Lauren Moore - CTMH Craftings  then you're in the right place.  If you've landed here by accident, then welcome to the fun! Please join in by following the link at the bottom of this blog. The CTMH feature collection for September is called 'The Good Life'.  With a neutral, and natural colour palette, the collection is ideal for many scrapbooking projects around the home, inside and out. It's also ideal for cards, of course, and great to have in your stash as a 'go to' pack for masculine cards, new homes, and lots of other projects I'm sure.  There is a card making workshop kit, and a scrapbooking workshop kit, both still available, as well as die-cuts, digital art, and a card making stamp set.  But I've chosen to work with just the paper pack today, and the coordinating cardstock which includes the following colours: ...

Hi there. Thanks for stopping by. Welcome to our 'Stamping’ Australasian 'Blog Hop'. If you've arrived here from Lauren Moore - CTMH Craftings,   then you're in the right place.  If you've landed here by accident, then welcome to the fun! Please join in by following the link at the bottom of this blog. This week, we're looking at two of the beautiful 'specials' currently on offer with CTMH. I've chosen to work with 'Memory Lane', but if you follow the links at the bottom of each blog in the hop, you'll see what others have chosen, and have loads of inspiration for your own projects.  Memory Lane is a co-ordinated set of colourful papers, with co-ordinating cardstock, a stamp set, and embellishments, depending on which bundle you choose. But what really excited me was the little houses....there's a patterned paper of them, and they're also a feature of the stamp set, which I adore! There is so much on this stamp set that will b...

Hello, and welcome to our 'Cape Cod' Australasian 'Blog Hop'. If you've arrived here from Danielle Edwards - ScrappyChicks , then  you're  in the right place. If you've landed here by accident, then welcome to the fun! Please join in by following the link at the bottom of this blog. Even though it is pouring with rain outside, and the fire is keeping us warm and dry indoors, we're off to the beach this month with the Cape Cod suite of papers!  An absolutely adorable range, including all the regular options..... The paper pack, with or without stickers. The card making stamp set, and/or the scrapbooking stamp set. The scrapbooking stamp set has the option of thin cuts too.  The scrapbooking workshop kit, with or without protectors. The digital Artwork. And of course, the card making workshop, which has some gorgeous thin cuts and an exclusive stamp set. This was the pack that first excited me, and so far, I have only purchased that and the paper pack (inc...

CTMH Australasian Blog - Hello Darlin'

Image
Hello, and welcome to our 'Hello Darlin’ Australasian 'Blog Hop'. If you've arrived here from Doris Taylor - Creative Inspirations , then  you're  in the right place. If you've landed here by accident, then welcome to the fun! Please join in by following the link at the bottom of this blog. We're nearly at the end of this month, so many of you will no doubt already have at least one pack of the Hello Darlin papers, and other bits and pieces from the range. When I first saw it in the catalogue, it came across as quite a bold red, white and blue combo. We had the Kings coronation still ahead of us at that time, but unfortunately I didn't end up with any photos that would use the paper. However.....I now have very little of the paper pack left, due to finding so many things that were suited to this colour scheme. I've also really enjoyed the digital artwork with this set. In particular the flower clusters that I've done with both cardstock and vellu...

Hello, and welcome to our 'National Scrapbook Day’ Australasian 'Blog Hop'. If you've arrived here from Danielle Edwards - Scrappychicks, then  you're in the right place.  If you've landed here by accident, then welcome to the fun! Please join in by following the link at the bottom of this blog. This month is National Scrapbooking Month, and I'm sure you've already seen some great creations that people have shared online. CTMH kicked off the buildup with 5 workshop kits initially - 2 designed for scrapbooking, 2 designed for card making and 1 for an album. But when May came around the sixth release was available. It's called the Dream maker, and I couldn't wait to get my hands on the bundle. The bundle includes a gorgeous paper pack of designer papers with a sticker sheet, a pack of co-ordinating cardstock (plain on one side, but a beautiful marbled pattern on the other), a stencil with 4 different designs, a sheet of die-cuts, and 2 stamps.  Ea...

CTMH Australasian Blog - Hey Handsome

Image
Hi everyone, and welcome to our 'Hey Handsome’ Australasian 'Blog Hop'.  If you've arrived here from Maz Wood - aMAZing Creations , then you're in the right place. If you've landed here by accident, then welcome to the fun! Please join in by following the link at the bottom of this blog.  'Hey Handsome' is the name of the featured paper suite this month. You can rightly assume from the title, that it has a more masculine feel to it, but the papers are very useful for any number of projects. The project I'll share today has been put together from the 'Hey Handsome Scrapbooking Kit'. The scrapbooking kits that are available within each paper suite released, include the paper pack and sticker sheet, but also offer extra printed papers, a selection of co-ordinating cardstock, photo place holders, extra die-cuts for pages, and some form of embellishment. They really are good value! My first project is celebrating my brother turning 60. The jersey ...

CTMH Australasian Blog Hop - Cosette

Hello, and welcome to our 'Cosette’ Australasian 'Blog Hop'. If you've arrived here from Danielle Edwards -Scrappychicks, then you're in the right place.  If you've landed here by accident, then welcome to the fun! Please join in by following the link at the bottom of this blog.  This month, the feature paper for Close to my Heart is called 'Cosette'. It has a beautiful range of soft tones that would work perfectly for all kinds of events - a girly day out perhaps, anniversary celebrations, or even travel. To me, some of the designs leapt out at me for my heritage album. Heritage albums are what got me interested in scrapbooking in the first place. I have collected photos for years from many branches of the family, with a view to having them preserved and documented for future generations to enjoy and learn from. I've made a good start, but it's an ongoing passion........ Through collecting photos over the years from various sources, it'...
